Role Summary 

The Digital Marketing Manager oversees the digital marketing strategy for Appsbroker. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution and demonstrate significant business results. The Digital marketing manager will manage a supporting team of 3 (content owners and event facilitator), building a strong relationship with vendors, Google and other critical partners to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

  • Responsible for Strategy, Planning and budgetary control of all marketing in line with company objectives

  • Develop and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website
  • Utilise a range of techniques including SEM, SEO and PPC
  • Manage the design, build and maintenance of our social media presence
  • Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption, where appropriate
  • Plan and implement marketing & PR campaigns in coordination with our main partner (Google)
  • Jointly review and implement CRM strategy with Sales Operations
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs such as lead generation and engagement)
  • Working closely with all teams across the business assisting with new product launches


  • Minimum 3 years digital marketing experience within a technology business

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Confident and dynamic personality
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and integrated digital campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform an motivate
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Knowledge of website analytics
  • Based in Swindon and from time to time expected to travel to London and other locations that may become Global as the business grows
  • Good project management skills (desirable)
