This customer is a leading media communications specialist. Through its team of digital experts, it provides its clients with best-in-class digital planning solutions using market-leading machine learning to drive better returns and more profitable outcomes.

Our Role

The customer wanted a scalable and intuitive Cloud-based solution. Via an existing working relationship, they engaged Appsbroker to provide expertise in Backend, Frontend and Platform engineering, Project Management and Agile Delivery.

Our Challenge

The customer has created a suite of applications that supports clients. In its current form, it presents several challenges in customer experience, efficiency and scale. As a suite of applications, it can provides clients with insights and measures the media impact on brand metrics, sales, e-outcomes and the understanding of how the search impacts the market share and media’s role.

The Solution

To consolidate the existing application suite, Appsbroker provided the customer’s Data Science team with a multi-tenanted application deployed on Cloud Run, secured by Cloud Armor and Cloud Load balancing, with Okta integrated for authentication to provide a seamless experience for users.

The Benefits

The customer’s clients now have access to a highly visualised, custom frontend that combines the existing mLab suite into a single online analysis portal, consisting of multiple dashboards to provide clients with a unified statistical analysis of media performance which is scalable to user demand.
